Users to this website understand that we may at times send out promotional e.mails, at any time users are able to opt out of receiving further e.mails. Once notified it takes up to 48 hours to process an opt out request.

BUYING TERMS: You must be 18 to purchase an item. You are entering into a legally binding transaction when you purchase an item. By purchasing online you give up your legal rights and agree that the forum for any resulting dispute between buyer and seller is arbitration only.

SHIPPING: Domestic shipping is via Priority Mail, UPS Ground or Fed-Ex Ground services, unless otherwise stated to the 48 lower States. Insurance is included up to the price you pay, and buyer understands that this may not be the true replacement value of the item. In rare situations where something is lost, broken or damaged during transit, the refund will be equal to the price paid for the item and not 'replacement cost'. Buyer agrees to and understands that the refund will be issued once funds have been recovered from the shipping agency, service or company. We cannot be held liable for delays in shipment, items being lost in transit, items being broken or damaged in transit.

International buyers, please note:

International Buyers are welcome - BUT please note you are solely responsible for any and all shipping costs, broker fees, duty, customs, sales tax charges and fees with regard to shipping the item. We cannot be held liable for the taxes, duties, customs and fees associated with shipping an item to a country other than The United States Of America. For multiple purchases we are happy to combine shipping. Please ask for rates in advance of purchase to avoid misunderstandings.

PAYMENT:

All fees....are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Credit cards are accepted. VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. PayPal payments are also accepted from confirmed address PayPal accounts ONLY. Money Order, Postal Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check or Bank Transfer are also acceptable forms of payment. Please note that ALL fees associated with Bank transfers, both domestic and international are the sole responsible of the buyer. If we are charged for bank fees as a result of bank transfers buyer agrees and understands that these fees will be processed back to us. No Item Is Sent Without Cleared Received Funds. Items will be sent once a check has cleared, or once immediate Credit Card or PayPal payments are received.

REFUNDS: All sales are final. No part or partial refunds are given, but we do offer an exchange policy within 10 days of purchase date. If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so for the same value. Shipping of the returned item and shipping of the new exchanged item will be at the expense of the buyer.
